Total Church Conference
Steve Timmis who co-authored the book 'Total Church' with Tim Chester was the special speaker at a Total Church Conference hosted by BMI.
Thankfully Steve arrived in Belfast on Wednesday morning before all planes were grounded beacuse of the situation in Iceland.
His first engagement was to speak at the launch of the Urban Mission Panel. Over 30 minsters who are involved in Urban Mission situations were present for the meeting held in Belvoir Presbyterian Church located in a large housing estate in South Belfast.
After lunch Steve spoke to a group of ministers interested in Church Planting.
Over 150 people were present to hear Steve speak at three sessions. There was also an opportunity for group discussion and two question and answer sessions.
Hillhall Presbyterian Church near Lisburn was the venue on Thursday 15 April for the BMI Total Church Conference.
